In respect of the environment and the rules of the Municipality of Floridia, we kindly ask you to follow waste sorting guidelines.
Along the entrance road, you’ll find six large 100-litre bins, clearly marked.
Each apartment includes an illustrated guide to help you know what to throw and where.
No worries — we’ll take care of emptying the containers. All we ask is… a little attention. 🌱
Barbecue under the stars
And then… to end your day beautifully:
we organise evening barbecues with meat or fish, outdoors, under the Sicilian sky.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirming a booking at Cuore di Palme implies acceptance of the following rental terms and conditions:
⏰ Arrivals, departures and little details that make a difference
Arrival time
Apartments are ready to welcome you from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
If you plan to arrive later, we kindly ask for a heads-up… and we’ll be waiting with a smile.
Departure time
On departure day, check-out is by 10:00 AM.
But if you wish to enjoy a bit more sunshine or take one last dip in the pool,
you may stay in the relax area, with a small extra fee to be agreed on site.
Final cleaning – Clean on clean
We love cleanliness that accompanies, not imposes.
For stays under 3 nights, a cleaning fee applies:
